Orion's Belt

Character List & Staging Notes

Production Overview

I Undid Orion's Belt is a mythological rock opera that brings the ancient tale of Artemis and Orion to life through music, movement, and celestial imagery. This document outlines the essential production elements including character roles, staging concepts, and ensemble requirements.

Time & Place / Staging Concept

Set in a timeless realm between earth and sky, the piece unfolds in a space that can be imagined as both amphitheatre and theatre — an elemental stage where light, shadow and sound merge. The world moves fluidly between the mortal realm, Olympus and the Underworld, the stage itself becoming a living constellation.

It can be realised outdoors beneath the open heavens or within a modern theatre using projection, light and immersive sound.
